Request-for-quote form
When you send the form we receive what you enter (company, country, name, email, work needed, alloy, size, quantity, project details) and the files you attach, together with your IP address and browser type, which we keep to protect the form against abuse.
We use this only to answer your request and prepare a quote (steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is stored on our own server and sent to our mailbox, hosted by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre. We keep it as long as needed for the request and any order that follows, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example accounting records).
Statistics (Google Analytics)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies only after you click Accept. If you reject, or have not chosen yet, Google receives only cookieless, anonymous signals (Google Consent Mode) and no analytics cookies are set.

Google Ireland Ltd. processes this data for us; it may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and sends your IP address when a page opens.
Business contacts
We sometimes write once to foundries about our pattern-making services, using business addresses published on their own websites (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reply "no" to any such email and we will not write again.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can object to its use. Write to office@woodmodels.eu. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
